Convey RD automates digital tachograph downloads, eliminating manual processes and ensuring compliance with tachograph legislation. It securely collects driver card and vehicle unit data via a GPRS SIM card, helping operators manage compliance efficiently.

All downloads are carried out automatically and sent directly to the Convey Tacho module, so no manual intervention is required. Our team will configure the system for your vehicles, and it will need to be installed by an experienced fitter.

*Tracking functionality is available as an optional add-on depending on the solution.

To use Convey’s remote downloading service, the latest version of your company card must be used to securely authenticate the process each time, enabling data access and downloads. Operators can choose to host the company card themselves, but this card must be connected at all times. Alternatively, Convey can host your company card for you to ensure no loss in service. This process is fully secure and compliant with all relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR.

*Please note: This solution requires a one-off purchase of the hardware unit, with ongoing service charges in addition. You will also require an analysis software system to be able to read and report on the data.
