We’re hiring a marketing coordinator to support marketing delivery across our channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s organised, proactive and confident juggling different projects, from campaigns and email marketing to social media and website updates.

Location: Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire
Job type: full-time, permanent
Start date: as soon as possible
Salary: £28,000 DOE
Working pattern: office-based, with hybrid working available after training (up to two days per week)

Convey provides a web-based platform that helps fleet operators manage driver and vehicle compliance and day-to-day fleet activities in one place. We work closely with transport teams across the UK and take pride in offering practical support, clear communication and a product that’s built around real operational needs.

The role

As marketing coordinator, you’ll support marketing delivery across Convey’s channels. You’ll help keep campaigns moving, ensure content is accurate and on brand, and support ongoing improvements to our website, email marketing and social media output.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a marketing assistant or marketing coordinator role and be confident managing multiple tasks and priorities in a small team environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across email, social media, website and events
• Support internal and external marketing communications, including customer, partner and internal updates
• Create and adapt marketing content, including social posts and campaign assets
• Schedule and manage LinkedIn and Facebook activity
• Build and manage Mailchimp email campaigns using provided copy and structure
• Support website content updates using WordPress
• Assist with marketing activity for exhibitions, events and trade shows
• Ensure activity is delivered accurately and in line with marketing plans
• Help keep marketing files and assets organised and easy to access
• Track performance basics (clicks, engagement, enquiries) and share highlights

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a marketing assistant or marketing coordinator role
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities
• Comfortable using Canva and digital marketing tools
• Experience using Mailchimp and WordPress (or similar platforms)
• Good organisational skills and ability to follow briefs and instructions

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Interest or experience in B2B software or SaaS
• Knowledge or experience within the transport, haulage or fleet sector
