As Convey celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, we’re also celebrating a milestone for Jacqui Harrison, Paul Heath and Kevin Morton – the first three members of the Convey team to reach 10 years with the company.

All three joined Convey in 2016 and have been part of the journey ever since. Their history together goes back even further. Before Convey was established, Jacqui, Paul and Kevin had all worked with Steve at Exentra, so they’ve been working together for considerably longer. Apparently 10 years wasn’t enough!
Jacqui Harrison was one of the company’s very first employees, joining as Office Manager when Convey was established. As the business has grown, her role has evolved with it, moving from Office Manager to Support Manager and now Finance Manager. That breadth means she has built up a huge amount of knowledge about the business and our customers, and she’s been part of plenty of change along the way.
‘I’m really proud to have been part of Convey from the start and to have seen how much the company has grown and changed over the last 10 years. I’ve worked with some brilliant colleagues and customers along the way and it’s great to know that the work we do makes a real difference to operators. I’m really proud of what we’ve all achieved together so far. It’s been a great 10 years, and I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds for Convey!’
Paul Heath also joined in the earliest days as a Technical Account Manager, as part of the specialist team brought together as Convey took shape. He spent years working closely with our customers, getting to know their businesses and helping turn their requirements into practical solutions, while building a deep understanding of transport compliance.
Since 2021, he has also taken on the role of Product Manager, bringing that industry knowledge and customer experience into how our software develops. Because he works directly with operators, he understands both the platform and the challenges our customers face.
“I take pride in being a part of the Convey team and what we have managed to achieve over the last 10 years. Working closely with colleagues and customers alike, we have created products that truly helps operators. I’m excited for the future of Convey and our products as we continue to grow and evolve.”
Kevin Morton has a long history of supporting customers and helping develop the Convey platform. Having first started working with Steve in 2008 in a support role alongside Paul, Kevin went on to become Support Manager before joining Convey in 2016.
Kevin initially joined Convey as Support Manager, where he worked directly with customers while also involved in software testing. In 2023, he moved into the development and testing team full-time, taking on his current role as Software Testing Manager.
Having seen the platform evolve considerably over the years, Kevin brings a wealth of experience and a strong understanding of both customer needs and the software itself. His attention to detail helps ensure new features and developments are thoroughly tested before being released to customers.
From a small team in 2016 to where Convey is today, plenty has changed. Jacqui, Paul and Kevin have been there to see it happen – and have each played their part in making it happen.

Between them, they’ve worked across customer support, technical accounts, finance, product development and software testing, giving them a pretty unique perspective on how both the business and the platform have developed.
Convey turning 10 is a big milestone, and it’s great to celebrate it alongside the first three members of our team to reach a decade here.
A massive thank you to Jacqui, Paul and Kevin for everything you’ve contributed over the past 10 years, and congratulations on 10 years with Convey. 🎉
