Are big branded fleets the influencers of the roads?

In a recent fleet podcast, ex police traffic inspector Olly Taylor, told listeners that he believes that fleets with recognisable branding have a duty to set an example on the roads for other drivers.

All fleets have compliance requirements which go some way to ensure that professional drivers are safe on the roads, but Olly Taylor argued that large fleets have more of a responsibility to act as role models for both smaller fleets and other road users.
