The Transport Office Portal closed in March (2023) and has been replaced with a number of other services.

Operator Report Service (ORS)
This service is provided through the Vehicle Operator Licence (VOL) portal and will allow you to request your Operator Compliance Risk Score, your Vehicle Maintenance Test history and Encounter reports. Incorporating these features into the VOL portal means you have a single sign on to access and manage your fleet maintenance and compliance reports. If you already have a VOL self-service account, you will automatically have access to the ORS.

Booking GVTS vehicle tests online
To book a test at a Goods Vehicle Test Station (GVTS) you will need to book through the Contact Centre. The process for booking a test at an Authorised Testing Facility (ATF) is unchanged.

Top up your Pre-Funded Account (PFA)
Topping up your PFA can be accessed through the ‘Manage Your Vehicle Testing’ service (MYVT). Pre-existing account holders should have been contacted by the DVSA to set up a new account and password for this service.
